How to maintain the electric drying oven in daily life

Maintenance Volume 1

1. Before use, you must pay attention to whether the power supply voltage used is consistent. When in use, the ground wire of the power socket must be grounded according to regulations.

2. When using power, do not touch the electrical parts in the space on the left side of the box with your hands or wipe them with a damp cloth or rinse them with water. The power supply should be cut off during maintenance.

3. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects, and should not be placed in high temperature or humid places to prevent rubber from aging and causing leakage.

4. Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space for natural air convection so that moist air can escape at an accelerated rate on the top of the wind.

5. Regularly check whether the silver contacts of the temperature regulator are hairy or uneven. If so, use fine gauze to sand the contacts flat before use, and wipe them with a clean cloth frequently to ensure good contact (note that the power supply must be cut off). Do not hit the metal pipe of the indoor temperature regulator to avoid affecting the sensitivity.

6. Do not put flammable items in a drying box without explosion-proof device.

7. After each use, the power must be cut off and the inside and outside of the box should always be kept clean. After cleaning, hang corresponding signs.

Maintenance Volume 2

1. Do not put explosive, flammable and volatile items in the drying box to avoid explosion.

2. The average load of the sample shelf should not exceed 15kg.

3. No objects can be placed on the shelf between the sample chamber and the heating chamber to avoid affecting heat exchange.

4. Before use, be sure to check whether there are overlaps or short circuits in the nickel wire.

5. If the heating indicator light does not light up, there are generally three reasons: ① The bulb is broken; ② The bulb has poor contact; ③ The heating system is faulty.

Care and maintenance of electric drying oven: 6. Turn on the heating switch, no heating. There are generally four reasons: ① The nickel-chromium wire is broken; ② The switch and the circuit are desoldered; ③ The temperature control knob is at the zero position (turn the temperature control knob to the specified temperature scale); ④ The relay is damaged.

7. There are generally three reasons for temperature control failure: ① The temperature probe is damaged (replace the thermistor); ② The relay is damaged; ③ Other components of the temperature control system are faulty (use a multimeter to detect the fault and repair it as appropriate).

Maintenance Volume 3

1. A dedicated person must be responsible for using this instrument. After using the equipment, the external power supply should be cut off to avoid accidents.

2. When placing test samples in the studio, they should not be too dense to avoid affecting the normal flow of airflow in the studio. There must be a gap of 10 to 20 mm between each item, and they must be placed symmetrically. The items on each shelf must be staggered, and the distance between the bottom shelf and the bottom of the studio must be greater than 100 mm.

3． A certain amount of space should be left around the equipment to facilitate equipment heat dissipation, operation and maintenance.

4. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the equipment.

5. Please do not arbitrarily disassemble or assemble electrical components and other parts of the equipment to avoid damaging the electrical control circuits, causing human malfunction of the equipment and affecting its performance.

6． When storing and using the equipment, there should be no flammable, explosive or corrosive substances around it.

4. It is not allowed to put flammable, explosive and volatile items into this equipment for drying.
